This policy details our order processing, packaging, and shipping procedures to ensure your item arrives safely and timely.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Each rug is carefully inspected and prepared for shipment. Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. This time allows for quality checks and meticulous packaging.
  • Order Verification: For security purposes, some orders may undergo a brief verification process.
  • Order Modifications: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 3809029516@qq.com. Changes can only be accommodated before your order enters the packing stage.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods
We ship our rugs worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the rug.

  • Domestic Shipping (Mainland China):
    • Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days after dispatch
    • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch (available for most regions)
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International: 15-30 business days after dispatch
    • Express International: 8-15 business days after dispatch (available to select countries)

Important Note: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

3. Packaging & Handling
Every rug is professionally packaged to ensure safe transit:

  • Rugs are carefully rolled (not folded) to prevent creases.
  • Wrapped in protective materials and sealed in waterproof packaging.
  • Placed in sturdy cardboard tubes or boxes.
  • Larger rugs may be shipped in specially reinforced packaging.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s journey.

5. Delivery & Responsibility

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • For high-value shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery.
  • Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, GoodsDeals’s liability ends. We are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery confirmation.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, any reshipping or storage fees incurred will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Shipping Issues

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 15 business days for international shipments (or 10 days for domestic), please contact us.
  • Damaged Upon Arrival: Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the rug arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours by email at 3809029516@qq.com. Please provide clear photographs of the damaged rug and all packaging materials. We will guide you through the claims and resolution process.
