1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition, with no stains, odors, or signs of installation or use.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging materials must be intact and included.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The following are not eligible for return:
- Custom-sized, made-to-order, or personalized rugs.
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Rugs that have been cut, altered, washed, or improperly maintained.
- Damage resulting after delivery due to mishandling, incorrect cleaning, or environmental factors.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us First: Please email our customer service team at 3809029516@qq.com with your order number and reason for return. Photos may be requested to assess the condition of the item.
- Receive Instructions: If eligible, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and a secure return address. Returns shipped without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Ship Your Item: Pack the rug securely in its original packaging or similar protective materials. Include the RA number inside the package. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. GoodsDeals is not liable for loss or damage during return transit.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item shipped).
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are offered primarily for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
- To request an exchange, contact us at 3809029516@qq.com with your order details and clear photos illustrating the issue.
5. Return Shipping & Address
- Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.
- Returns must be shipped to the specific address provided with your RA number. Do not send returns to our company’s public mailing address listed below.
6. Final Sale & Custom Items
- Items marked “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or customized rugs (including made-to-size or personalized designs) are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect rug, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing 3809029516@qq.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the rug and packaging. We will arrange a prompt solution, which may include a prepaid return label and a full refund or replacement.
